Recent Appeal Committee determinations handed down within the current or last month can be found on the Recent Determinations page.

Older determinations can be found on the Past Determinations page. This page links to the searchable HKLII database. There is usually a time lag of a few days between the date of handing down an Appeal Committee determination and its publication on the searchable HKLII website. Accordingly, that page may not contain all of the Appeal Committee determinations. You are advised to check the Recent Determinations page for those determinations that may not yet have been included in the searchable HKLII database.

Certain leave applications are refused without a hearing under the Rule 7 procedure. Click here for a list of orders made under Rule 7.
