A Summary of Facts in English and in Chinese will be prepared by the Judicial Assistants for each upcoming appeal before the Court. Each Summary of Facts contains a brief description of the relevant parties to the proceeding, issues, facts, decisions of the lower courts and a diagram of the judicial Bench. The Summary of Facts provides some background information to assist the visitors attending Court hearings, but is not intended to be a comprehensive overview of the legal arguments.
